Stepping Forward Review is an independent youth development magazine. Our editorial policy explains how we create, review and correct content.

Mission and scope. We publish practical guidance for youth workers, educators, parents and community organizers. Our articles answer concrete reader questions about mentorship design, community partnerships and outcome evaluation. We do not provide direct services, legal advice or clinical guidance.

Sourcing and accuracy. We rely on authoritative public guidance. This includes peer reviewed research, government frameworks, and established nonprofit toolkits. We cite sources within articles when possible. We do not invent staff, credentials, addresses, phone numbers or first hand tests. We do not claim to be a former entity or an operating service.

Independence and funding. We are a new independent publication. We do not accept sponsored content or advertising. We are not affiliated with any youth program, agency or service provider. Our editorial decisions are made independently.

Corrections. We correct errors promptly. To request a correction, identify the article by title and section, describe the inaccurate statement, and provide evidence from an authoritative public source. We review all requests and update articles when evidence supports a change. We do not make changes based on personal opinion alone.
